"After my husband died and I made the decision to do something new with my treasured diamond ring, I found Ron Litolff and Gemstone-Designs. I told him I had no idea what I wanted, but he assured me we could design something that I would love. His advice: Search the internet for pictures of rings, styles and elements that appealed to me. I presented seven pictures to him and shortly thereafter he emailed me a rendering of his creation. To say I loved it is such an understatement. It was stunning!!! Ron had listened to me and gave me everything I had loved in those 7 pictures in one gorgeous ring. We did one minor tweak in the design and multiple color of gold combination rendering were displayed for my choosing. Ron's skill and artistry are so evident in his attention to detail and client satisfaction! My ring attracts so much attention and it gets compliments all the time and I happily hand out Ron's Gemstone-Design cards to all admirers.

"We just received our custom designed engagement ring and wedding band set. My fiance and I each had our paternal grandmothers' wedding sets and wanted to combine those stones into a wedding set I could wear that showed the joining of the two families. We wanted hand engraving done, which is hard to find among jewelers today and boy did they do a great job! Although we live in Nashville, we were able to work with Ron via email and phone and he was a joy to work with. We love the ring set he designed and they made the process so easy! If anyone is looking for custom work this is the place to go. Couldn't be happier!"

"After looking years for a vintage mounting for my diamond solitaire, I discovered Gemstone Designs on the internet. They had an array of unique designs that intrigued me.

I visited the store and met Ron Litolff. We discussed the elements of a design that I envisioned for my solitaire diamond. "I recently came to you seeking a new mounting for the diamonds in my original wedding ring (23 years old). There was a mixture of marquis, baguettes, and one large round diamond. Using my diamonds and adding a halo of smaller diamonds around the round diamond, you created a beautiful ring design that was rendered in a computer generated picture for me to review.

As a matter of fact, the center stone had been somewhat buried in the old setting, and now looks twice as big as it did before. Since you had carefully listened to my concerns and preferences, the ring that resulted is stunning and exactly what I had seen and approved in the rendered picture.

"I had gone to several jewelry stores in order to try to have a ring made, for my wife, for our anniversary. It was a little more than just a "custom" ring, though. I needed to have the diamonds from my wife's original wedding ring incorporated into a new "nicer" ring as a gift for my wife for our 20th wedding anniversary. It was very important to my wife to have the original stones implimented in the "new" ring. Well, I was told by my local jeweler, to go to gemstone-design to have a quality custom ring made. I went and spoke to them about what I had in mind and they were extremely professional and didn't hesitate to take on my project. Within a couple days they had sent me several pictures of what our new ring "could" look like if I chose to move forward. After making a couple changes to the renderings that they sent me, I finally decided on the design that I wanted and they began crafting my wife's new ring. It only took them a couple weeks and they called me to tell me that my wife's ring was completed. Not only was the new ring absolutely gorgeous, I had chosen to add several more diamonds to make the ring have a lot more "bling" and they absolutely NAILED IT! The ring that they made for my wife was unbelievable. I was so excited to be able to present my wife with her new wedding ring on our anniversary. She broke down and cried. The decision to go to Gemstone-design was the best decision that I could have made and I would certainly recommend them to anyone considering a custom piece of jewelry.
